Join a Shore Form Pilates & Wellness inspired Pop Up. Hosted by Ellie Hutchings, we will move for 45 mins. with the event lasting an hour. Ebook & special wellness sheet provided, as well as a cold lavender towel, mat and any equipment we will be using. All you need to bring is yourself and water! Stay up-to-date for any special collabs going on for the event.

About Me:

Hey!! I’m Ellie, founder of Shore Form and a long-term local of Florida’s Emerald Coast. I began my Pilates journey years ago with mat work and now teach Reformer Pilates at Treadformer 30A, blending that experience with my passion for holistic health. For me, Pilates is the ultimate form of movement — intentional, slow + controlled, and especially supportive for women’s bodies, helping to build strength without strain and create balance from the inside out. As a certified health coach with a background working in wellness clinics, I’ve seen the power of daily lifestyle choices in supporting energy, vitality, and long-term health—especially in preventing and managing illness. Therefore, Shore Form was created as a space to unite like-minded women, reconnect with our natural cycles, and build strength in both body and mind while embracing a vibrant, coastal way of life.
